From a health perspective, the very best choice for keeping your body hydrated is plain water.

Drink water according to thirst If you have a desire to drink something other than water, then you might not be thirsty.

Do not drink too much water.

Do not drink water too near a meal,

Drinking bone broth for those who enjoy drinking it, is an excellent choice filled with nutrients.

THE GREAT “I AM”

Dit is so asof my kop deesdae hol is, leeg van enige gedagtes wat lank genoeg binne bly om in ink te vir ewig ……

Ek het nog nooit geglo aan skryf net om te skryf nie.

Soms voel die leegheid soos n groot gat, daar is verskeie gate in n mens wat gevul moet word, soms voel dit of daar net n dop is en die res is leeg.

Sondag wat verby is kry ek toe mos die geleentheid om weer vir so n paar minute lank die tv of te wel die PVR se remote vas te hou, ek weet nie altyd hoe die ding werk nie, daar is soveel onnodige funksies, ek onthou toe ek jonk was, wel ek was die laaste (tweede) kind so ek was altyd beskou as die baba, en dan word daar net aangeneem die baba doen alles wat die res van die familie nie wil doen nie, ek onthou

EK was baie maal die “remote” wat moes op en af spring, ja daar was nou wel nie n wye keuse van kanale nie, maar tog moes die tv aan en af gesit word, en die klank moes nou en dan verstel word …

Om terug te keer na die “gat” storie …….

Sondag toe ek nou so alleen in die sitkamer sit en koffie drink, toe besluit ek om n bietjie channel hopping te doen, maar die creature of habit wat ek is gaan soek ek soos gewoonlik die ou bekende kanale op.

So beland ek toe by Ds Greta Serfontein van die MoreletaPark Gemeente Kerk. Baie min gebeur dit dat n Ds my aandag gryp EN hou, hul karring gewoonlik op dieselfde ou trant voort, MAAR net soos ek n creature of habit is, net so glo ek dat iets nie net toevalligs met n mens gebeur nie, daar is altyd n GROTER doel daaragter.

Wel ek kom toe op amper die einde van haar geselsie by haar uit, en daar praat sy van die GAT hier binne ons as mens. Ons probeer daardie gat met alles wat stom en krom is vul, in plaas daarvan om God toe te laat binne ons.

HY is die GROOT “I AM” en HY vul ons met liefde, HY maak ons so vol dat daar nie nodig is vir enige ietsie anders nie.

Sy het ook aan n puntjie geraak wat ek ook al jare in glo, ONS as mens het nie nodig om God na die mensdom toe te vat nie, God is alreeds daar, ons moet net gaan seker maak dat die mens God sien en voel, Hy is reeds daar in hul lewens, die skille moet net van onse ogies afval, ons moet God sien en dan sal ons verstaan

Hy was nog altyd daar en so sal daardie gate en leemtes gevul wees.

Okay so maybe is hierdie gat en leemte wat in my kop is, wel maybe just maybe is daar nie regtig is leemte nie, ek moet net my “ogies” oopmaak en God in en om my sien.

So met die getik tik tik besef ek dat ek alles het wat ek nodig het, die Here BLY my Herder en ek het in oorvloed.

Laat die mense God binne en rondom jou en hulself sien, ons is almal mens en ons jaag almal elke dag aan, ons is IN die wêreld maar nie VAN die wêreld nie.

Moenie die Here gaan preek aan die mense nie, gaan uit en maak hul bewus van die Here wat alreeds in en om hulle is, daar in die weelde en armoede, daar by die biduur asook daar in die gutter, Hy is teenwoordig in die kerk asook in die kroeg.

SIEN HOM NET RAAK.

I have posted this before, but I still find this amazing and interesting so I am re-posting. .

Re work done by Dr Garfield Duncan at the University of Pennsylvania, during the 60’s I guess. .

How can that be?

Other researchers showed that when the diet had been free of carbohydrates for 48 hours a fat-mobilizing substance was present in the urine.

The body is then satisfying its hunger by burning its own fat as fuel.

No carbohydrates also means no hunger.

That is why people that go on a hunger strike do not feel the hunger, as long as no carbohydrates are taken into the body.

FAT BURNING SOUP …

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS :

5 carrots, chopped

3 onions, chopped

2 (16 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid

1 large head cabbage, chopped

1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix

1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained

2 quarts tomato juice

2 green bell peppers, diced

10 stalks celery, chopped

1 (14 ounce) can beef broth

INSTRUCTIONS :

Place carrots, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, peppers, and celery in a large pot.

Add onion soup mix, tomato juice, beef broth, and enough water to cover vegetables.

Simmer until vegetables are tender.

May be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

Vergeet van gister en moenie worry oor môre want ons almal ken mos die “whatever will be, will be” …

So, do what you can with what you have, dit is maar die lewenslesse waardeur ons moet werk.

Ek is nie altyd seker of daar wel ‘n “all loving” God is nie, want my “all loving” verskil dan lugmyle van Syne…  

Wat ek wel weet is dat daar ‘n Creator is en dat ons tog maar ‘n doel het, al is dit net om deur elke dag te kom.
